Booking & visiting
Do I need to book, or can I drive in?
Both work. Drive-ins are served in order when a bay is free. Booking online holds your time, which matters on weekends and for any detail package.
What is the difference between Express and Platinum?
Express is an exterior hand wash, chamois dry and tyre shine. Platinum adds the inside: vacuum of cabin and boot, windows inside and out, dash wipe, door jambs and a mag wheel clean. Platinum and above also earn a loyalty stamp.
How much is a car wash for an SUV?
An Express Wash for an SUV, wagon or 4WD is $39 and Xpert Platinum is $65. X-Large vehicles such as people movers and vans are $47 and $80.
Is ceramic coating available at every location?
Ceramic coating is done at Tramsheds, Forest Lodge, in the undercover car park. Washes and details are available at all three locations.
How do I pay?
Pay at the bay when you collect your car. Nothing is charged when you book online.
What are your opening hours?
All three locations are open Monday to Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 8:30am–5:30pm, Thursday 8:30am–7:00pm, and Sunday and public holidays 8:30am–5:00pm.
How does the loyalty offer work?
Your 7th wash is free when you've had 6 washes on Xpert Platinum or a higher package. Ask the team for a stamp each visit.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Use the link in your confirmation email to cancel, then book a new time. You can also call the location directly.

How long does an interior detail take?
It takes a few hours, depending on the car. Drop it off and do your shopping, and call the bay if you need it ready by a set time.
Can you get stains out of seats?
Most food, drink and dirt stains come out with the upholstery clean. Add soilage removal for heavier stains.
How much is pet hair removal?
The detail vacuum is a $30 add-on to any package. Xpert Platinum plus the detail vacuum is a popular combination for dog owners.
Will a polish remove scratches?
A cut and polish removes or softens light swirls and scratches in the clear coat. Deeper scratches that catch a fingernail need paint repair.

Do used cars need paint correction first?
Yes. Coating locks in whatever is under it, so used cars need paint correction before coating. It's a 3-stage paint correction: $450 +GST for a sedan, $650 +GST for an SUV.
How long does ceramic coating take?
The ceramic sealant takes a day. The graphene and borophene coatings take 2 days for a new car and 3 days for a used car.
